Powering the Slink-e

If you live in a country which uses 110VAC / 60Hz power, you can use the wall transformer supplied to power the Slink-e. If you live somewhere else, you will need to supply your own power adapter with the appropriate voltage, current and connector. Be sure the power adapter you are using has a +9VDC 600mA output with a 5.5mm O.D. / 2.5mm I.D. connector. The inner terminal should be positive, the outer, ground. The Slink-es IR transmitters are powered directly from this power supply, so it is essential that is of the correct voltage and current or the transmitters may not function properly or could be damaged.
